Updated Lake Isle Press

Recently did a full content update for Lake Isle Press, which they need about once a year. The whole site is written in XML-driven flash, which is excellent because it means that when an update is required, I can simply update the relevant XML files, without having to muck about in the flash, which would cost my client lots of additional badly-planned time.

I also changed the site to display ISBN-13s while still using the old ISBN-11s in the URL links to Amazon, which required the ISBN-11 to match with the ASIN on their site.
