The second part of the project was a custom application built with CakePHP (temporarily named BJ Forms App) that allows staff to create and manage event and event details and create new signup forms, and allows site visitors to register and pay for events.

The project was a massive undertaking that was a collaboration with Daniel of Kestin Technology who provided some of the strategizing and much of the project management. Design was provided by the client.

This Texas congregation needed a new website that is flexible and easy to update. They are now set up with a brand-new beautiful clean open design and a WordPress-driven site that they can update themselves, along with a customized embedded calendar that cooperates nicely with WordPress. Keeping the site current has never been easier.

Beth Jacob, a Jewish congregation in Minnesota, had a website that was created in the late 90s and they were ready for something new. They needed a site with bright colors, an up-to-date calendar, useful well-organized information and a system for easily keeping their content up to date. I set them up with a customized WordPress installation, a unique design, and a calendar called EasyPHPCalendar.
