Lake Isle Press Launch »

Lake Isle PressThis small press, publishing mostly cook books, but some other books as well, had an early 90’s site until May 2006, when Springthistle created a dynamic flash website. Its data is all encoded into XML files so that updating content becomes a simple text matter, rather than a complex flash one.

Newark NonprofitsAn easy-to-use CMS and the ability to manage objects such as Organizations and Categories, along with a design, was what these folks needed. They got it, along with the ability for organizations to register themselves easily. The NNR people can manage their data without needing technical knowledge themselves.

Artist April Redesign »

artist aprilShe needed her website revamped utterly, and Springthistle was up to the task. It’s been redesigned and put on a new database-driven system. Now users can buy art online via paypal and can search the art database by keyword. The homepage features the most recent blog post. The blog and art data from the old site were ported over with no glitches. The new site is super!

Mothers Circle Launch »

Mothers JOI dreamed up this project for mothers as a way to support women who are raising Jewish children when they themselves are not Jewish. The website needed a clean friendly design incorporating an existing logo and color scheme. It also is driven by a clean PHP template to allow for easy maintenance of the content by non-technical people.
